AAHS Alumni Association Museum |
Since being reorganized in 1989, the Altoona Area High School Alumni Association has grown dramatically and now has more than 3,500 members living throughout the United States.
One of those projects, a museum with more than 300 artifacts, photos, school publications, yearbooks and other memorabilia has been established in the Altoona Area Public Library. The museum was renovated during the summer of 2014 with the help of fellow AAHS alumn and IUP graduate student Joe Labriola '04. The museum is open to the public and provides visitors with a wonderful history of the Altoona Area School District.
